Today's pick comes from Germany. Chipsfrisch crisps are very thin and fried with 100% sunflower oil. The amount of salt these chips have is considerable: at first, way too salty. Then, one guesses these potato chips are great to combine with any dab dish, certainly cheering it up. Or, given the fact these potatoes originate from Germany, probably one of the best companies for a fresh beer!

We are back after the new year with loads of reviews ready for you!

This time we taste Pipers, from the UK, following a suggestion from one of our readers. 

Pipers' potato chips are deliciously salted with sea salt flakes from Anglesey (Halen Mon Sea Salt) and fried with sunflower oil. They taste very good. The cut is flat and thick. Very slightly over-roasted, the flavour is authentic. The perceived crunchiness was higher than the dB measured. All in all a very complete pick for any occasion.
